your step by step kitchen quick start

It all starts with you making an appointment with one of our experienced designers.

Conducted in the comfort of your home so we can better understand your needs. Appointments can also be done in our showroom if working off plans.

Your needs are discussed and a design concept / colour and product selection is narrowed down.

When ready, our 3D images of the plan is presented to you in our showroom. This is an opportunity to refine any changes and reconfirm colour choices and products.

Whilst in the showroom, after any changes have been made we will then provide you with accurate pricing which has been designed to suit your budget and needs.

The paperwork is discussed, signed and deposit paid.

A site check is then carried out by our site co-ordinator to confirm, all the details ensuring the job is ready for production. After client sign-off, the progress payment of 50% is also made at this stage to proceed to the next step.

Dates are provided prior to delivery to ensure other works in progress also meet the same timeframe. Cabinets are delivered the day prior to installation with your installer booked to start the next day.

Once your cabinets are installed, other services eg: benchtops, glass and trades fit-off are confirmed.
